Refund & Return Policy

2️⃣ Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• To cancel an order, contact customer support within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return as per policy.

3️⃣ Return Eligibility (10 Days)

Products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery only under the following conditions:

• ✔ Product received is damaged, defective, or expired
• ✔ Product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

Return Conditions:

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• All labels, barcodes, batch numbers, and seals must be intact
• Original invoice must be provided
• Returns are subject to quality and safety verification

❌ Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Opened or partially used products
• Products requiring special storage conditions
• Products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page
• Return requests raised after 10 days of delivery

1. Contact Customer Support with Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
2. Our team will review and approve eligible requests.
3. Once approved, pickup or drop-off instructions will be shared.
4. Products must be packed securely in their original condition.

5️⃣ Refund Policy

• Returned products will be inspected for eligibility.
• Upon successful verification, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline:

• Online payments: 7–10 business days after return approval and inspection

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
